Is it Yes or Is it No...

We still do not know! We continue to wait for an answer from the network medical director. My Care Advocate has been emailing the Cigna medical director and calling the network medical director since last Thursday with no answer. I call the Care Advocate daily, which is probably wearing on her as much as it is on me. But we still keep holding out hope. An answer or update of any kind would be nice, so maybe tomorrow...
