Photo Shoot Scheduled

A miracle happened today, my drs office called and said there is an availability for the wireless capsule study this wednesday! Now I don't know if there was a cancellation or what, but that's a whole heck of a lot better than waiting until the last week in January. I said I'll take it.

So bright and early Wednesday morning, I will be swallowing a little camera (the size of a vitamin) and it will begin its photo shoot down and out of my GI tract. I'm actually really excited and fascinated by it all. I begin my glamorous prep tomorrow (clear liquids after noon, boo!) 

Called the Motility specialist (sphincter man) and they are saying that they can't get me in until February 12...URGH. Hopefully with a little prodding from my referring dr, today's miracle will be repeated for that appt as well. 

Off to get some beauty rest...
